Application Guidelines
Mixing & Dosage:
- Dilute Trico® Garden with water at a ratio of 1:3 to 1:5, depending on deer pressure.
- Shake the bottle well before use and before dilution.
Equipment:
- Apply using a pressurised hand-held or backpack sprayer with a medium to fine nozzle.
- Multipacks are available with sprayers:
- 1.5L Manual Compression Sprayer – ideal for small gardens.
- 5L Battery-Operated Sprayer – perfect for larger gardens, small estates, or smallholdings.
Spraying Instructions:
- Apply to dry plants in calm, dry weather, ideally in the morning or evening.
- Allow plants to dry for at least one hour before rainfall.
- Do not apply to edible plants or produce.
- Maintain at least a 1 metre buffer from water bodies.
Timing & Frequency:
- Effective throughout autumn and winter, as well as summer.
- Autumn: One application may suffice; a second application can be made 28 days later if needed.
- Spring: Up to three repeat applications can be made at 28 day intervals.
- Maximum of four applications per year.
Storage Instructions
- Keep in the original, tightly closed container.
- Store between 0°C and 30°C, protected from frost.
- Do not return leftover product to the container.
- Use opened containers as soon as possible.
- Unopened containers can be stored for up to 24 months from the manufacture date.
